A new build from footings to finish, with a full stone and stucco elevation.
Bungalow addition and exterior rebuild
A dated side split, extended at the rear and refaced end to end.

Bungalow addition and exterior rebuild
A 1960s side split with a dated brick face. We added to the rear, reworked the roofline and entry, and refinished the whole exterior so the addition reads as original.

Main floor, opened up
Same room, same piano. We took out the wall between the living and dining rooms, replaced the closed stairwell with an open glass rail, and rebuilt the ceiling to carry the load.
